A jury awarded $1.2 million to a man who claimed that he was raped by his horseriding instructor when he was a teenager in the 1980s. Adrew Srb, now 37, alleged that he was sodomized and sexually assaulted multiple times by Robert L. Johnson, who was an instructor and trainer at Quarry Town Stables, when he was 14. Srb testified that he was assaulted at the stables. Johnson denied Srb's claims, noting he took a polygraph test and passed. The jury found Johnson and Quarry Town Stables jointly and severally liable.
